Okay, I'll check on this on Monday. The QME report went to some agency for review then the insurance company and I got a copy. That is when they made the offer.
I understand the variables involved are complex for a settlement. Based on your suggestions, I get the feeling the offer is unreasonable? I was hoping for 'Take it!' or 'You are getting taken advantaged of'. I guess we'll see come Monday what I find out. Thanks!!
I am still open to opinions if any have some.
