RE: Unemployment
Not budging in on your post, but am curios to know how they calculate it.... If you have been off work for a period of 2 years and was collecting ttd.. Do they use your pre injury wages...?

RE: Unemployment
I haven't been off for 2 yrs., the injury occurred 2 years ago. I chose to work up until the time of my surgery, so I have wages in 2010. UC is calculated based on your reported wages.

RE: Unemployment
In PA, they would use the reporting period before you went off for the work injury, so even if you did not work for two years it would not necessarily make any difference.

RE: Unemployment
Thanks Tim, I often wondered on this.. I know I'm from wi and may be different, but I am off work due to injury and was released to work within certain restrictions.. Employer has no work for me under resrtrictions, wc said no more ttd since I am able to return.. It has been a mess, not recieving ttd, no meds, wc has dropped me completely except for ppd on my hip, back is still being treated....
