in NC What happens and how long before a decission is made after litigation in front of the IC? won first 2 hearings and it was appealed. attorneys went before IC and reported that things went well. what and when next?

1171 , in NC! Got a ruling in my favor by the IC. A&O but I have a ? about something that I have not asked my att. about. Is there an injury compensation fot the affected area and a lost time worked, medical,future medical awards or just future wc payments and lost wages etc?

i think what you are asking is can you receive both impairment/loss of use benefits and wage lose payments for the same injury at the same time.
no, it's usually one or the other.
