Lawyer and results.
Had a meeting with lawyer today to discuss my tabe testing... He said the testing scores are very low and could take through the fall semester to get me to college level.. He has stated its my choice to pursue it if I want and if not it wont hurt my case.. Next week I see the surgeon and the abdominal specialist. We know the surgeon is saying surgery and the latest injections show at l5-s1 would be the fussion, dont know about l4-l5 if he still wants to fuse..
My attorney is waiting for the records from them 2 appointments, and of course If I want the surgery.. He is sending a request to my treating injury dr for a perm raiting and restrictions if I dont get the surgery.......
