settlement hearing
well tom is my settlement hearing this is finally the end. can anyone tell me what goes on at the hearing is it a quick one? will they ins comp lawyers ask me any questions or is this an open shut hearing? i know their big thing was removal from labor market and like i said before i was going to college. is this a hearing just to get a yes or no from the judge?

its all over my case is officialy closed and the judge approved the settlement ! check will be in the mail and should be here within 25 days. oh what a feeling to be rid of the workers comp system. a celebration is in order tonight.

congrats..but be prepared for depression Blake.....you have been consumed with WC and all its BS now with it over you will feel like you have nothing to do...Be prepared for it know what it is and go on and find something to do.....
;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....
