how to pay back a city slicker

as you all know my 2 grand kids are here for a year while my older son is in Iraq my grandson Keith is about 6 months older than my son Daniel when you are 11 and 12 six months is a long time....Keith has been lording that 6 month and the fact he is from California over my country okie boy for about 8 months now......this week was payback time.....one of the nasty habits Keith has is to pick his nose and eat it...ick I know and we have been working on it to no avail but Daniel found a way.....it has been just beautiful here and the boys went snake hunting....now here is where country boy has it all over city slicker.....they found one and they come running into the house...we found a snake we found a snake....Both Carrie and I have been throwing up all day I dont care that they have found a snake...Go get Poppa to kill it for you....they go out to the barn get a posthole digger and a rake and go to kill their snake....Keith is standing back and egging Daniel on but wont hold the snakes head down so Daniel can make a quick and clean kill....Daniel kills the snake and shakes it at Keith....keith screams and backs off and you quessed it put his finger from his nose to his mouth....Daniel screams at him NO KEITH NO YOU GOT SNAKE BLOOD ON YOU AND THEN YOU PUT IT IN YOUR NOSE AND MOUTH YOU ARE GONNA DIE.....YOU BETTER GO TELL NANA.....And that when the Kaka hit the fan......Keith came running in the house NANA TAKE ME TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM I GOT SNAKE BLOOD ON ME AND THEN I ATE BOOGERS AND NOW I AM GONNA DIE WE GOTTA GO NOW....You did what? I ask and he yells it at me again....What kind of snake Keith...A cottonmouth he said...who told you it was a cotton mouth? Daniel did...You gotta take me to the Emergency room come on we gotta go and he is screaming and running from one end of the house to the other.....Dammit Daniel (and anyone who knows my Daniel knows thats his full name)what kind of snake was it? ahh nana it was just a rat snake but I bet he thinks twice about eating buggers again....So I do my best to calm Keith and he isnt having none of it he has worked his self into such a state he is throwing up...so now he needs to go to the ER for a flu shot he thinks......A warm bath 30 minutes and a benadryl later he has finally calmed down.....and Daniel is still laughing......next morning they are both out snake hunting and a rat snake is in a box on the porch

Jayne this sounds like my house when my nephew & Cody get together.

Hubby just called and he is on his way home with my nephew, can you imagine it we got all four boys together.
