a long process
I have been thru it all it seems, therapy, numerous dr visits and had and IME and a FCE.. I am now in some type of work rehab where i am looking for a different job. I have to go to 15 a week. My doctor has me on restrictions for another 6 months. I am getting LM benefits, but I was wondering when I should get a rating on my shoulder. From what i read in here, most have already got one. Does anyone know what will happen after i finish this work rehab..I think it goes on for 5 weeks. The workers comp dr that gave me the IME said i was MMI in november but my lawyer is still appealing that although the SHO has denied this last appeal. Thank You very much for all your help.

RE: a long process
Not all states use ratings.
without knowing yours it's difficult to answer.

I suspect that after your rehabilitation you'll be expected to get a job in your new occupation.
a rating can't be done until you are at MMI.
if your atty is appealing that finding, then a rating will have to wait for a decision on that issue.
put your state in your post or your profile to allow a more a specific response.
