i have a fracture of the greater tuberosity humerous (shoulder) and a torn labrum...is this counted as 2 different claims or will it count as one claim? Also I am in a work conditioning program now and I have to check on 15 jobs a week...doesn't that seem like alot? If anyone has been to this point..could you tell me what i can expect next?[/size][/i][/b]

RE: claims
you don't have separate claims for separate body parts.
you have claim for each different accident/incident; no matter how much of your body is involved in any one. each state has their own rules and requirements. |
