Physical Therapy during work hours

I was told I must schedule my physical therapy on my own time for an injury which occurred on the job. I am currently on light duty due to this injury. Is this true or should I be able to schedule therapy during work hours?

you can schedule your therapy whenever it is convenient.
your time off for treatment is not disability and therefore not paid by the carrier.
the employer is not required to pay wages when you are not working.

you should be given the option to use any accumulated leave time.

if you have a union contract you may have additional coverages or provisions.

you can submit mileage for reimbursement
