Best bet is to talk with your doctor. For me I do have to make sure I don't put them on over the same spot back to back because I do have a little break out from that but other wise no problems. Even the first time I used them

I am prescribed 2 patches at a time and have no reaction at all. Can't say I find it helps any

The itching has subsided (tiny itching left) however these patches are not touching the pain at all. I was so excited to try them and now disappointed they are not helping!
