L3 Pars Defect Spondylosis
Hello all..I am from PA and I hurt my back at work on August 2009. I have had very few issues with the insurance company except for one IME which just confirmed what my Doc has been saying. I was diagnosed with an L3 pars defect and I've tried everything, PT, injections, I've seen surgeons, all to no avail. So I was offered two settlement amounts and I said no to both because they were low balling me. After rejected the second offer I got a call from a Vocational Rehab person wishing to set up an interview. I hadn't had a lawyer to this point but I figured now they're messing with me so I better get myself a Lawyer. My lawyer rescheduled the interview so he could be present. The meeting is next week and I'm concerned because I know what they are trying to do which is get my benefits decreased by saying I can find gainful employment and have earning potential within my restrictions. This couldn't be further from the truth but they really don't care. Has anyone else had this experience and if so how did it affect you and your case? Thanks.
