Unfortunately, there are some ins (wc) adjusters/case managers that like to burn ants with a magnifying glass, but not all. 1171 has given you some excelent answers, and its all from her knowledge. We all try to help if were able even if comments sometimes arise... I wish you luck and hope you can get this resolved quickly...........bronco
