Attorney is officially on the grid.
Recieved a copy in the mail stating he is representing me and has filed with the state. He requested all info and records they have obtained in the decisions of denial.
This worked out just in time since I talked with the adjuster yesterday morning.. She had already sent my mileage check out and told me the total, just over $2,000 which will come in handy now that I dont recieve ttd or ppd... |

;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....
