Kinda good news
We loaded up our young heifer cow to go to the vet to get checked to make sure she had all the right inside girly parts...she is after all our replacement milk cow to be.....He checks her and is feeling around and feeling around and feeling around some more....and my heart dropped I just knew we had a free martin (a girl calf that has no inside girlie parts because she is a twin to a bull calf)as we had bought her from a dairy when she was about 4 months old he looks at us and says.....she not only has her girly parts but she is due within 4 to 6 weeks.....and we may be looking at a c section thats a big calf......so we are going to be keeping a good eye on her.....he gave her all the tests to make sure she is healthy gave her some vitamins and changed her diet a bit....I did ask could I watch the C section he looked at me and said watch hell your gonna help....so thats kinda good....I am almost excited over something......
