update on flood
I got the hint jayne... And since you KNOW IT all, everything you say MUST be true.....
Sorry Ken and Tuffy... I tried. Loving Mom to the greatest 4 year old little girl in the world. There is nothing more beautiful than a bright smile on a child. I never knew what true love was until I held my daughter for the first time. Take care of our children, they are our future. |

RE: update on flood
I am so sorry to hear about your troubles. If you have to leave will you have a place to go? Why would he evict you anyway..you didn't start the water mess. I don't think he can just because you house is not tidy. Best wishes.. Red

RE: update on flood
Eviction Notice could be from 7 days or up to 30 days in your State.
Your State has what is called an At Will Eviction if one is at Rent on a week to week, or month to month rent aggrement. http://www.legislature.mi.gov/documents/...ndlord.pdf |

RE: update on flood
Prncess,
Keep your chin up girl! If they try to evict you...fight for your home....as how on earth is a single mother with restrictions from multiple surgeries suppose to keep a tidy home without help or money? Jackazz landlord anyway! Do you have a couple girlfriends who would come & help you tidy up? Possibly switch favors with them.....watch their children in return??? I only have a couple of gals that I would allow to see "my dirt" HA! Please don't get all stressed out over this....as nothing has happened yet....& it may not either. Use your stress energy to get well and stay well!Take care, & prayers to you. Lillly
Injured worker, & tired of it all! I'm too old for games!! A careless word may kindle strife, a cruel word may wreck a life, a timely word may level stress, and a loving word may heal and bless! |

http://www.legislature.mi.gov/(S(otjvmib...18-of-1956 I would also ask for the name to who their insurance agent is because this is clearly not your fault since it was not your water pipes that broke and the landlord is responsible for all plumbing repairs and since this came in from another apartment or between the apartments then it is something that has been going on for a while and should have been noticeable. |

RE: update on flood
GeenasLovingMommy, sorry, I have to ask? I would like to know, how you went bowling on 7/30/07, but you can't help to drag some garbage out?
I do understand your going through some tough times and all. But if your under restrictions and can go bowling, why can't you do anything around the house? In general, what I'm trying to say is, if your Father knows you went Bowling, is that might be the reason, why he said suck it up to you? I'm not at all trying to mean, or upset you, but it makes some sense. http://www.workerscompensationinfo.com/f...p?tid=1025 Reply's are intended solely for informational purposes. RE: update on flood
just asking here in okla it takes more than 24 hrs to start mold.....my childrens stuffed animals are on shelves or hung on the walls..... my daughters neighbors and friends went thru katrina and cleaned up water damage on furniture that wasnt otherwised damaged(broken) and for goodness sake if it wasnt your fault how can you be held responsiable for the damages...go thru small claims and sue your neighbor seems your apt complex would be helping you as their building was damaged and they will be also replacing carpets and things....no princess I dont believe anything you say your life is one attention seeking thing after another.........if things are as bad as you say find a cheaper apt....move in with your dad......something geez girl having a BF pay for your hotel? mercy you dont wanna know what I feel about that...grow up you have a daughter you need to raise.everyone on here started out supportive and every suggestion was shot down by you....I live in a doublewide trailer and I am not trailer trash in fact I will put my home up agaist anyone elses...I know many poor who live in trailer parks who have very little money but have morals and dignity and dont need anyone looking down on them because they are at least trying to make it ....I also see on TV daily drug dealers living in million dollar homes.....If we agree and poor jilly we are ok if we disagree with you we are trying to start something......if something doesnt go your way you hide behind closed doors well girl all I can say is COWGIRL UP quit whinning and go out and get the help you need.....
we are here to support those who are willing to try and help themselves.....to be a shoulder to lean on when needed......not to be scammed by someone who can leave off meds when she wants to go bar hopping go to the fair when it suits her or go bowling cuz she is only lifting a 8 lb ball......or tell some really large whoppers when it suits her.......sorry that dog just doesnt hunt.... ;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....
