Rolleyes court ordered settlement not received
My case went before a judge in Oklahoma. He ruled in my favor and the company had twenty days to pay me or appeal. My lawyer has received his money but not mine. What happens now? They have not appealed and it has been 25 days.

you can request a penalty.

did you ask your lawyer? my lawyer got all our monies in one check he put the check in his account when it cleared the bank he gave me my part.....are you sure this isnt what happened with yours...I am also in Oklahoma
