Lawyer update...
My lawyer really didnt tell me anything I didnt know already.. I did have the report from the rating and was able to discuss it. Even though I was supposed to have the hip & pelvis rated the report is only on the left leg and hip. My lawyer was happy with the wording and said its all in my corner. He wants me to set up all appoinments and finnish getting the epidurals, simply because if the surgeon is satisfied with results we will know the path. My nerve damage and scar tissue problems, he advised me to have my treating dr reffer me to a specialist here for the scope test. He did say as long as I can use my private ins, go for it all and get myself fixed as best as I can..

As far as the return to work, when they contact me I am to ask for what my job decription and duties will be. And to have it in writting to bring to my treating dr for his aproval.. If my dr approves I am to try it with good intentions, but if its to painfull to notify my dr and he will pull me back out...

We also discussed ssdi and said if need be he will get the process started. He was amazed that my adjuster mentioned the money they owe me. He advised us since the communications are still open to call her and ask her for the money up front and take a discounted % less. But if she rejects, all papers a signed and they are dropping the bomb as soon as I tell them what they said..

I took a liking to my lawyer and more so his grunt for more then 1 reason.. He has been through it himself, injured worker, rsd and 2 level fusion in the lumbar. We sat in his office for about 2 hours going through the slough of drs I have had and reports.. I knew my treating injury dr was a friend of the attorney, but had no idea thats who they send thier clients to.. Ace in the hole and he has been my dr since 2008....

One thing that has been bothering me is my lawyers aid reminds me of a member on here, I know the way he wrote his posts on here and this guy has the same language....

Its just a waiting game now.

RE: Lawyer update...
I am content, he has been at my side steering me as well as some of yous since the begining. Heck even my treating dr knew of the lawyer and never lead on to the ncm. The only reason I alowed her at visits was to keep the communication going. So all the record keeping I have done and updates to him saved him alot of time and now he can do his job..

I contacted my treating dr's nurse late yesterday, and told her what they did. She was in utter shock they pulled that with my injuries, but said wc system is a cruel world to the injured. She is trying to get me in early next week, 1 to try to get dr to change my pain meds and to get all new scripts for my local pharmacy since wc cancled all my mail order scripts. While there I'm going to ask for a refferal since wc aint involved for my abdomin issues.. The night I knew they started thier games I had axciety attacks and the following day. I did not let my wife know because she is so sick and didnt want her to stress anymore then she needs with the pregnacy... But I slept well last night knowing some of the stress had lifted. I will be a busy person this week getting the ball rolling again............Thanks for all your support.....
