Where Do I Start? (Missouri)
I'm a hotel housekeeper in Missouri, and I believe I've torn my left rotator cuff. What do I do first? Go to the ER? Call a number?
I've already informed my immediate supervisor and was instructed to write out a statement, which I did. What's my next step? Any help would be great. -J |

RE: Where Do I Start? (Missouri)
if you are in pain go to the ER
;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....

the employer has the right to select your treating physician. check with the employer as to who they want you to get treatment from.

RE: Where Do I Start? (Missouri)
Thanks so much. All they're wanting to do at this point is have me write down every day how the pain is doing and what kind of work I was able to do that day. I don't know what kind of good that's going to do. But what do I know?
