Tuffy, it appears that your lawyer is one step ahead of your employer's lawyer and I hope he'll keep stepping with the same stride while the defense attempts - in vain - to catch up. Hang in there!

Tuffy, your Attorney step up to the plate with the proper writing. If the Employer's Attorney's don't know the Laws and Rules by now, then it's time for them to learn. They can't avoid Medicare, and for some reason they think they can. Tuffy, I surely don't think it will continue for more than a year or two. I do think once the employer's Attorney learns the issue of Medicare they will move quicker. Surely your Attorney applied for a Hearing. Their Attorney will then really learn quick.

Tuffy, on mine, first IC wants to settle, and second is playing by not meeting with Attorney, so he will give them another week or two, then if still a no show, off to a trail or hearing he said.

BB, My attorney has set a Sept 11th date with the arbutrator, so maybe will hear something by then or hopefully before. Good luck with your cases.

Tuffy...I'm sorry your are going through this. The more I read, the more it amazes me that this crap is allowed. I am really curious, if either you or Red want to explain what a "3H" is??  I'll bet it's not something nice  CAP

Tuffy, I am glad to see your Attorney obtain such an early Date. Here in IL they had pushed for cases to be heard as quick as possible. To me that is good news I hope on your part, and I pray it will then be over for you.
