Okay, so what now?

Okay, so what now?
I live in NM.
I was injured 09/08 from a fall. I tried returning to work twice and was unable due to pain. I have seen in excess of twenty Doctors, all their choice except for the last five or so. All the doctors I have seen agree, my injuries are all work related
I had an IME about 2 and a half months ago, mostly favorable to me. My case manager told me that no surgeries would be done until the IC and their Attorney "had time to evaluate my case." I have an Attorney, but like most of the rest of you I rarely hear from him. All I want is for the insurance company to hurry the heck up and provide the things I need to get myself well. It is very frustrating just sitting here waiting on and on. I want to move on with my life. Hopefully the surgeries I need with facilitate me getting well, and if not, then at least I have tried everything I can try and will just have to adjust my life once again. Thanks for letting me whine Rolleyes and does anyone know what happens next? Do I really have to wait until they decide how to "evaluate" my case?' Thanks in advance I appreciate your help.
