Permanency Hearing

I was injured in 2005. I had 2 surgeries, one being in 2007 for a double fusion with instrumentation in my neck. My other surgery was after I went back to work for over a year and herniated more cervical disc's. Had another fusion which never actually fused. I was granted SSDI in 2009 and had a WC permanency hearing in 2010. I was awarded 75% from the WC judge back in February I believe which would give me my full lifetime benefit. The other IC appealed the decision so now I am STILL waiting for the final verdict. As I wait they are holding back 500.00 a month from me
The WC Judge had asked for a permanency hearing back in early 2009 and when both parties dragged thier feet she made the decision of 75%. My doctors have me at 100% and the IME has me at 50%
I hope this helps. I am a volunteer fireman so my WC is slightly different then average WC cases.
