i am no to this site but have a few questions, i have been receiving ttp from workers comp for 2.5 years now for my lower back and knee, iwas sent to ime for permancy back in march of this year there md said that i have a moderate ppd my md is saying 100%, i am not expected to have surgery my diagnosis is sprains and strains, my question is how long did it take for you to get a permancy hearing, and did they offer you a settlement.
