So in some cases the information gained from facebook has been used against ppl and in other cases it caused the IC to lose the case. I would think that they wld have to provide additional proof. Like if I say "went to mtns w hubby" if they wanted to use it against me then they shld have to provide additional pictures of me doing something in the mtns that is over my restrictions. I dont think they shld be able to take me stating something on FB and run w it. Everything I do is within my restrictions if they can prove otherwise let them but they wont find me doin it.

During the hearing they asked if I could do several things like dishes and laundry and take care of my children on my own. Well my answer from now on is going to be no for everything. Apparently I cannot do anything. Whats next they are gonna get me for parking to far away from the grocery store door and having to walk further, since I can do that I must be able to work right.

I realize that. I dont think I wld ever say I cant do something. My atty has asked me before if I could do my job by just squating. And I said I cld sure try but I wld prob come out in serious pain. I understand what ur saying it just gets frustrating when I did something and they twist it to look like I am trying to swindle them. Im not.
