Alabama Lumbar Fusion W/hdware L4/s1

Fusion was not a great success. Was done on 10/22/10. Still having pain and numbness. Dr stated that some are successfull, some are so-so and some just don't have good outcomes and it appears I am falling under that catigory. Am taking oxycodone 15mg 4xd since the surgery and percocet 10/325 when accident happened on July 23rd. Has scheduled another MRI to see what may be underlying to cause pain. At this point what are odds of returning to work. Am I looking at SSDI? What type WC settlement may I be entitled since this is what I will probably living on for quite awhile. 54 yr. old male.

there is no data published on your injury and successful return to work in alabama with which to compute a statistical result.
whether you will qualify for SSDI depends on if you apply and how strong your medical documentation is.
