Our Attorney
We have been made aware that Attorney has a condition that I think with the greatest degree of moral certainty would render her incapable of performing at a high level or at least adequately. She has been diagnosed with Parkinsons disease. Before we became aware of this My husband and I were noticing at our mediations that our attorney didnt seem to be very smooth with pleading our arguments. Bordering on confused and often being corrected by the opposing attorney.
We are close to settling and going to mediation for monetary damages and are concerned that our attorney is not performing at an adequate level. This is my husbands health and our life. Any suggestions on how to approach the matter? |

RE: Our Attorney
you can discuss it with her or if she is a junior member of a large firm with one of the senior partners or you can talk to a couple other attys about switching.
generally there will be a single fee shared. |
