Why would they lie? And twist words and only put in what they want to hear but not everything you say.
Like yea I drove to the appointment by myself which was an 1hr away but I had to stop twice. In his report he put that "the patient admits to driving herself to the appointment which is over the 20 min that she claims to be able to sit max" ummm u forgot to mention me stopping twice!!! And then lie about exams that they did not do but put in their report they did do them. Or add things like previous complaints to other drs about pain in same area. Taking things from previous reports and twisting it to meet their needs. And then go on to contradict urself throughout the report, anyone in their right mind cld read and see its bull, fishing for reason to deny my claim.
I just read the IME report that is the reason they are saying I am fully recovered and can return to work and its a bunch of bull.
He even states that I said back in Sept 2009 I was having pain in my hips and that I was in an abusive relationship at that time!!!! Soooooo not true at all. Completely made up. How do they get away with this?

Where in the world did they come up with such info. on your IME report? Answer that and more might respond.

My IME report contained nothing like this and my IME was 110 miles away.

Have you had a FCE? Were you declared a Waddler?

MY IME was about the same. My lawyer told me to call him on my ride home and let him know how it went. When I did I told him several places he tried to trip me up and what he might put in his report that was wrong and that is what the report said. He asked me about a pain somewhere and I said that didn;t hurt and he said well a few mins ago you said it did but I didn't. When they depo'ed him he messed up on his info real bad and made himself look like a complete fool so the hearing office didn't believe a word of his report. When we got his report I asked my lawyer what we needed to do and he said the best thing was to go to my doc and get a report from him about my condition and that we would have to pay him for this so he said lets wait and see. Well on my next visit to him I took him a copy of this IME report because he wanted to see what it said. This was all it took because he wrote a very nice and long report in response to each and every point this other doc wrote about me and we paid him nothing for this because this IME doc made the mistake of saying my doc was doing treatments on me that there was no reason for and stuff like that. Funny thing was in the hearing my employers lawyer couldn't say too much at all about why things in the IME were and outright lye. The WC rep from my employer was pissed too because she was trying so hard to get him to do more. She even made him go outside to talk with her and when they came back she was even more pissed and he said nothing.
Back to your IME it makes me so mad when we hear of these IME reports from doctors that only say what the employer tells them to say and they never once care about you the patient. I know they say they are not a treating doctor so what they say does not effect your treatment but they should not be doctors

file a complaint with the medical board.
you may have grounds for filing making a fraud complaint with the DA as well.

I had an FCE completed only a week prior to this IME and received a 0/5 on the Waddells testing. And given 100% cooperation during all phases of exam.
On the IME he stated that he scored me a 3/5 on the Waddells testing, but the thing is he didnt do any of the tests I know of for it. Like pushing down on top of my head or torso twisting, none of these.
The exam he did was the standard exam that I had been through several times before from other doctors with none of them claiming positive waddells testing.

What do you mean by where in the world did they come up with this stuff?
They are claiming there are things in my medical records from previous doctors which is false. One statement was that I was seen for pain in my legs and hips that I went to see my doctor for when in fact the visit was for wrist pain and dizzy spells. It just so happened the doctor asked questions about all my joints.
So they are picking and choosing what he wanted to put in the IME and omitting things that would make sense. Like yes the appointment was 45 min drive to get to and yes I drove it myself but he left out the part that I told him I stopped to stretch and walk a lil bit halfway there. Or saying that I had no problem sitting in the waiting room for 30 min. But what he omitted was that I stood and stretched and changed seats.
And the fact of reporting in 9/09 of being in an abusive relationship in my dr records is a down right lie!! Never happened.

Not sure what ur question was regarding but this is what I am talking about how and why in the world would they just downright lie in a report?

My IME doctor had me do some written tests and if I remember right he never touched me. Not much of an exam. I can't remember now but I think he got $5000 for his exam and depo.

Oh yea there were more questions asked then physical he even put in his report that I didnt seem in any pain cause I did not appear to be in any substantialmpain and was friendly in appearance. Which I have a tendency not to disclose how i am truely feeling, just how I was raised and I really dont like to complain so I smile and work through the pain. Its a defense thing I have I think.
