Got it done!!!

I saw the treating wc doctor in August and finished the complaint this morning against the wc doctor.

The complaint is due to the injury of the cervical spine durning an exam by this doctor. My attorney suggested I add to the complaint the fact the doctor's notes notes are different from what happened at the exam on July 29, and August 19th, 2010.

I have attached to the complaint form, the August cervical MRI, doctor's note, and my notes from the audio recording as well as the name of the witness who was in the exam room at both appointments.

I e-mailed the complaint to my attorney for his suggestion before I mail it to the Kansas Healing Arts Board.
