Am I in big trouble???
I and see if he will write something in agreement with the chiropractor. He said if I no show then the workers comp insurance company could make a big issue of this including saying I am trying to fraudcalled the primary doc's office today to ask if I still needed to come in for my re-exam because my wc chiropractor released me back to work and I went and worked this week. The secretary said "oh my God you are in big trouble because only the primary is allowed to release you back to work" I asked what am I supposed to do, she says to call my attorney. I called him and he says do nothing, dont show up and deal with whatever happens when it does. I thought that sounded shady so I called another workers comp lawyer that I know and he said that I should go to the primary doc today and explain what happened them. What should I do???????? I dont' know who to listen to?????

My primary doctor said it was fine that the other doctor who is part of his medical group anyhow, gave me the return to work note. He just reaffirmed the return to work status for the insurance company. So, glad that I went to my appointment instead of following the advice of my attorney to not go. I cant wait till he gets his dismissal forms. |
