Has anyone dealt with Alpha Fund Insurance Carrier

My new claims adjuster is Alpha Fund. Haven't talked to the claims person yet. My employer had a different carrier before and now has Alpha Fund and want to know if anyone has had a good or bad experience dealing with them with your claim.

your claims should not move when the carrier is changed. claims stay with
whichever one got the premiums when you were injured.

unless it's not an Insurance carrier but a third party administrator for a self-insured employer.
