RE: Filing a complaint
nope no Santa.....but we have evidence of a Jackass in a field of elephants
;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone. You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life, you have come out ahead of the game.....

RE: Filing a complaint
elephants have their foot on the necks of all workers..
how someone can profess dismay at how business takes advantage of workers and turn around and support their political arm is traitorous. |

RE: Filing a complaint
Sorry I haven't responded to this thread before now.
I've been off the forum the last couple of days due to computer problems. 1171 yes bribary has taken place with my claim, can it be proven? I don't know. My attorney is working on some things, and it has been recommended I file a complaint with the state licensing board against the work comp doctor. I've had problems from the start with this work comp doctor, but after I was injured by the doctor and told him about the injury at the next visit at which I was placed at MMI with an IME being done at this appointment the problems grew. I have the audio recording from this appointment and it is very different from the doctors notes of this appointment. (Yes, I do have permission to audio record at the appointments) |

RE: Filing a complaint
the question is not about the problems you've been having with the doctor.
the question is was the doctor paid illegally to lie with the intent to defraud you of benefits. if you are convinced there has been bribery in your case why haven't you at least filed a complaint? why haven't you gone to the District Atty with a fraud complaint? |

RE: Filing a complaint
I have been told bribery has taken place.
My attorney is working on something and has suggested I file the complaint. I haven't filed the complaint this week because I've had bronchitis and need to have a clear head when filing the complant. |
