Back and neck trouble
In January of 2008 my husband fell from a church attack about 15' onto a concrete floor and hurt his back and neck. He went to the doctor and chiropracter for a while. He was released back to work. Here recently his back and neck has bothering him. Can he still go to the doctor on workers comp if it is okay with the company? Does he have any legal rights still?
Sorry forgot to add that it is in Kentucky.

RE: Back and neck trouble
Unless the recent condition is due to the fall 2 yrs ago it would likely be considered a new injury and not under workers comp.
it's really a medical determination as to whether it's due to more recent activities or the old injury.
aggravations are considered a new injury.

RE: Back and neck trouble
yes but it's likely a long shot....
if there have been any intervening causes comp is off the hook.
