I believe you jumping the gun, there is not much a lawyer can do for you at this point. ( my oppinion ). I'm not saying you shouldnt at least consult with one, but just dont sign with the first one you see. You are worried and we all have been there, I talked with a few lawyers and 3 months later I signed with them. I have been in the wc hustle for 3 years and have not needed my lawyer as of yet. He has guided me through a few situations and showed me how to try to be a few steps ahead of the wc ncm/adjusters and has not asked a penny from me... I have had a easy path with wc and there are some that has had to battle from day 1. You will know what you need to do after you see the dr.........I hope all goes well and they figure out your elbow.......
