 award times

 I would like to know when I can get my shedule award? I have been at MMI status since april of 2009. I have never been to a doctor who has rated me,nor do I know how to go about that either. I have been off work since 11-24-2006, and waiting for a PCE test to determine my strength or ability to lift x amount of IBs. Can someone give me an idea of what I need to do now? |

well it would help if we knew your state....what your injury was.....are you getting TTD or PPD....are you still seeing a DR if so for what
;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....

ask your lawyer to get a court date; they will order a rating.
