Respondent Interrogatories...what a headace!
Has anyone been sent in the mail, "Respondents' Interrogatories And Request For Production Documents To Claimant"...request forms?
Where they a headache for you, as they look like they are going to be for me. Man...this is worse than an audit! Injury date 11/2008; left upper extremity; CRPS; bilateral cubital tunnel syndrome; carpal tunnel syndrome. |

it's in lieu of a deposition. if you'd rather give verbal testimony you can see if that option is available by contacting your atty.
