guestions
If you are released to go back to work with no restrictions, do you still settle..and do you continue to work your job?
What happens when you are moving and need to leave your job..not getting any payments(another story) can you file for unemployement? Can that move things faster.. Just not sure what the steps are, I feel like I havent gotten any better or worse in the last 2 months..is there a time line Thanks |

RE: guestions
depends on your state whether there are additional benefits.
some states only have wage loss; others use impairment. your profile does not include your location. without knowing your state I can't answer. http://www.workerscompensation.com/forum...?tid=10146 if you are released to work and you've been laid off then you can apply for unemployment. you have to be able to look for work and accept a job if offered. there is no time limit. |

RE: guestions
if you are released to full work then you get future medical.
only those with permanent impairment would qualify for additional disability payments. nothing changes if you move --you still get medical care for the injury. you'd have to find a doctor in your new location. |
