Is it legal for me to be paid for the writing job while on TTD?

Please be very careful here. You can always go to work for someone else, but you have to let the IC know. Your monitary benifits will end, but your medical will continue. 8-05, Micro laminectomy/disectomy. 10-05 lumbar fusion L5-S1. 2-07 exploritory surgery. 12-07 medical implant, Spinal Cord Stimulator. now receiving SSDI. Jesus died for our sins. Soilders died for our freedom. |

If your caught doing any work, and any work you shouldn't be doing, the Insurance Carrier may try to demand all the money spent on you BACK. That is all medical payments, and any TTD checks. Oh, plus you lose the chance for a settlement.

TTD is temp TOTAL disability meaning you are saying you can't work. Doing work and trying to still draw this pay is just asking for trouble.
