Need help finding statute :-(
Nevada is my state...

I was off work for 5 weeks after my shoulder surgery. This was during the second fiscal quarter in which our store qualified for a bonus. Total bonus was $825 but I was only paid $512 due to the 5 week workers comp leave.

I remember reading in the NV Revised Statute that they had to pay me the full bonus due to my leave being a result of an occupational injury. I can't for the life of me find the statute. My eyes hurt from reading lol.

Does anyone know an easier way for me to get this info? Anyone know the answer off hand? I'm fine with the $512, heck, it's more than I started with, but if they do owe me the full amount, I'm certainly going to make sure they pay it. After the way they have treated me since my return, it is a matter of principal... or just a small amount of gratification for me, if you want to look at it that way Wink

Thanks for any help.

Oh yeah, it is very possible I'm wrong (brain not always firing on all cylinders Big Grin) but I could swear I saw it somewhere!

I wouldn't think the laws would be that specific.
contact your state labor commissioner for help with employment law.
workers comp has anti-discrimination provisions. you might have grounds for filing a complaint.
