I think I've let this go on too long....
Thank you for your help I have already started reading what you posted and I am in contact with my union. Good resource didn't think about them as a place to go.

Are you union? if so go to your union if not find a lawyer to explain your rights to you.....
;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....

Creeksideoaks, have you heard back from your Union as of yet. If so, are they able to help you in this task?
