Many people don't do this, some do, and then sell the item, and keep the documents, which is ignorant of them. if these items, had the documents attached when sold, the world be much better. Then all a person has to do, is get an updated price Index for the item, no need to transport it all over and over, for that will or might cause damage, or things become loose.
