ADMIN please don't confuse what I said, as I think you got it correct, I'm say an Auction House Appraiser. As they will generate a written report for you to keep and have for life. Which in return when that sad day comes when it does get sold, it has the proper doumentation to go along with it. Many people don't do this, some do, and then sell the item, and keep the documents, which is ignorant of them. if these items, had the documents attached when sold, the world be much better. Then all a person has to do, is get an updated price Index for the item, no need to transport it all over and over, for that will or might cause damage, or things become loose.
Now can you help my friend out, with information you said you had that there were diffent models and makes of the Shell-O-Phone, PLEASE i asked no 3 times?
