RE: WC doc says return to work; my doc says no
Okay, moving the shoulder is going to hurt, if your at home or at work, and you need to get use to that now.
Next, if there is something wrong with what you do at work, you get your fanny over to the doctor, not the WC Nurse Practitioner, and get an up-date work restriction list to give your employer. What is the problem? The problem is, if you do nothing you get nothing, so get started doing something about it. Also, since it seems you can't handle your work comp case properly, you best get a good Work Comp Attorney to handle it for you. Reply's are intended solely for informational purposes. They are based on personal opinions, experience, or research and are "not to be taken as fact or legal advice", otherwise, always consult an attorney or a doctor. |
