I went to the EDD. State Doctor a couple months ago, the doctor's office said I should get a report of the day I went with-in 4 to 6 weeks. I called the EDD. office and asked how I could get a copy of the report, there sending it to me. The State Dr. extended my disability, I know I shouldn't get so excitted but if he put on there that I have RSD, then we can use that at my SSI & W/C mandatory settlement hearing, YA, BABY!
I am going to do another thread that has a letter from my Attrney about his Depo. with the QME.
