Ombudsman
Spoke to an ombudsman about my case for nearly a half an hour and then I was transferred to someone else. I cannot go into details but there will be a meeting next week over this. I found out a few things that I'm not very happy about.

I did find out that ombudsmans in KS do not normally assisted injured workers with attorney's. The word here though is 'normally'.

BB, I know, I called them again today, they told me, if your having problems, even with an attorney, or attorney problems, they said they would try and help.

RE: Ombudsman
I posted about the threats on another thread, I am thinking about contacting the Ombudsman's office about the threats.

Don't know if this is a smart move as I do want to close the case, but injured workers have enough on their plates without being threatened by the insurance company.

RE: Ombudsman
Bummer I prayed about this tonight, my advice to you after praying. Don't, let it go. It's a game they play. They send out stuff like this. Let it go, I don't think it's worth it.

RE: Ombudsman
No I did not, but I do have the letter in which the threat was made.

If I were to report this it would be to stop this attorney from doing this to other injured workers.

RE: Ombudsman
I need to look at how this will impact my case and talk to my attorney first.
