Thoughts on my Injury Rating?

I appreciate everyone's thoughts on my situation.

To clarify, I was hit by a car while walking to my car in the parking lot.

I have two claims going, one for workers compensation and one for the third party who hit me. Third party (luckily) has $250,000.00 coverage, and I have an additional $100,000.00 in "under-insured" coverage for cost over his coverage.

My medical bills are currently $20,000.00

A few questions:

Will workers compensation get any money paid to me for salary while I was out back from the third party suit, or can they only get money back from medical expenses?

My salary is above 100,000 and I use my body in my profession. Will this affect the total settlement?

I am most concerned about reimbursement of my salary for future time out from work. I missed 19 days, went back, and now am afraid I will have to miss 2-6 weeks if I have surgery. I don't want to end up in the hole from having surgery.
