Well, since you (me) have the time. Yes, I would use that web site to aide in your writing your letters. One thing to remember, you must include information, such as date of birth, SS number, place of employment, Insurance carrier name & policy number, and Insurance Claim number, along with your State Work Comp Claim Number (s). Don't leave your letters shy of anything, and I would place such information all in the header or footnote of such letters. I would format a primary letter and save it as the basic. Then all you have to do is fill out the rest each time you wish to send a letter out. Saves you plenty of time. Now, the new Mail system. You send letters out Certified mail with return Reciept. I think now, your given a code from the Post Office, and you then track your Certified letter to see if it was signed for. Meaning okay they now got it. And see what happens. Will they reply in a timely fashion to you, I somehow doubt they will. But, always room for a 1st time thing to happen also. If say within 2 weeks you get no response from where the letter went, I would call the place, and ask them what the hold up is? I would bet they say, they never got the letter, that is if their wishing not to respond. Then, what you do, is send your attorney a copy of the letter, and copy of the certified letter Post Office Reciept and all. Ask the attorney (which is simple) to get a Subpoena for the said information that was in the letter. That is what I would start to do first.
