I understand perfectly why BB's friend decided to take the route that she took, however, it is a fraud against her personal insurance, her sick time and work polices etc. Del and I have often said that we both wish he had never reported his injury at work and then just filed it though his personal insurance and then taken sick time. He would have saved his job, saved many many many $$$$ that we paid out for medical care and lost income that he could have collected through NJ disability plan etc. However, we went through W/C thinking it was the RIGHT thing to do... once that happened there is no turning back. His whole case was a mess because he was denied and we could not afford a surgery so when it got to court it was a whole different set of circumstances.. long story.. but said to say.. I understand this women's actions. Thanks for sharing Red
