Way to go FreeBird on the lost weight issue. 70Pounds in that short of time though, becareful and keep up what your doing. I agree weight gains come quick, but should be lost slowly. I Lost another 3 lbs. for a total weight loss of 73 lbs.

WTG I sure wish I could lose about 50 lbs but would consider myself a job well done with 30 lbs......welldone Freebird...have lost about 5 this week but when this knot in my gut losens and I can eat I bet it comes back
;)Workmans comp is not a road you want to travel alone.You need a good lawyer,a great family and good friends to lean on.If you make it thru without losing everything you have worked for all your life,you have come out ahead of the game.....
