Just wondering what "unremarkable" means i see it on many documents but never knew what at means.

Any help would be appericated.

Hi confusedd...in the healthcare field it is used as stated by 1171 above but additionally it is used to say no change from the last report.

I remember it being used by several physicians meaning No Change or ordinary.

seems like you are having trouble replying.
