We just got a hearing notice for August and it says awaiting stipulation?? What does that mean?

We are in PA.

sounds like there was some kind of verbal agreement on benefits or other issues and they are wanting the paperwork.

Talk to your lawyer. My guess is that an agreement has been reached and the judge is waiting on the document confirming the terms.

Thanks. I put a call into him on Friday but he was on vacation so he will call me this week..

The only thing we have agreed on is the disfigurement amount and that was a few mos ago, I didn't realize we needed to go to court for that.
