Neck Injury/shoulder injury
I'm in NY and I was wondering if anyone knew anything about settlements for neck injuries. I fell on the ice at work 2/07 and got a concussion. I"ve had headaches ever since and I had a 2 level anterior discectomy on my neck. I've been treated by all kinds of doctors for this and now i'm wondering if this is any kind of settlement for this injury.
I also hurt my shoulder (separate claim) same company and I went in for my loss of use today w/my dr. He said I'm at 25% loss. I"m sure the company will disagree since I have been working all along thru my trials of hurt. thanks for any help you can provide. |

Yes, there are settlement awards. it's up to you, or your attorney to settle for the amount.
