How long is the process?
I know the process of getting wc is not done overnight. But from reading a few threads here it sounds kind of complicated and long. I would think depending on your illness/injury that the time and work would only worsen your medical problem if it takes a long time. Give me a idea if you don't mind. Thanks in advance. Sad

RE: How long is the process?
too many variables to predict a standard time for any one patient/worker. the nature and extent of injury as well as the recovery and health of the patient make the process unique to each.
generally comp has 3 phases: recovery and maintenance with a transition period between. the benefits change with each and litigation can double or triple the time of each.
some injuries are serious enough that comp lasts a lifetime.

there are a number of medical studies that point to recovery/improvement over time no matter what treatment is rendered.
